Dennis Graves
I have been serving the needs of my mortgage clients since 2005. Prior to working in the mortgage industry, my wife and I owned several small businesses. Exceptional customer service is one of the cornerstones for any small business. This commitment to customer service has helped me to thrive within the mortgage business and is evident by the fact that I’ve assisted over 800 plus clients with financing one of their biggest investments.
A broad knowledge in all areas of residential mortgage lending from conventional, jumbo loan financing and all government loans including FHA, USDA, VA and Reverse Mortgages is required to help my clients with their mortgage needs and goals. Regarding reverse mortgages, I work with financial advisors to help educate their clients on the benefits of strategically leveraging their homes in order to decrease risk and improve financial stability throughout retirement.
My wife and I are blessed with two children, our daughter-in-law and granddaughter. We have lived in South Placer County since 1996. I am also a native Californian and served my country in the United States Navy.

Kim Henderson
As a native Floridian, I began my career in the Marine industry 17 years ago. While owning a Yacht Brokerage and actively practicing as a Yacht Broker, I decided to add my Real Estate license and Real Estate Broker license. One might ask “why add a MLO license?” The answer is simple: it has been my experience in both Yacht Brokerage and Real Estate that successful and easy lending processes are essential for any transaction. I look forward to helping buyers feel informed and comfortable during their path to seeking affordable lending. A home purchase should be fun and exciting! Raised in Folsom, CA, I spent the summers boating and the winters skiing in Lake Tahoe. I have a deep love for the mountains and the lake, and couldn’t be happier to call Lake Tahoe home. Living in a mainly second home community, I help my clients with all their primary and secondary home financing needs.
